Mods

Mods act as Thomas' representatives. They are in essence, labour relations. They will work towards Thomas' mandates and policies as a group.

Mods will be required to go up against union members requesting changes to gimmicks or policy.

Union

The union effectively represents all non mods, and the channel as a whole.

Much like in real life labour relations and negotiation, union members will need to challenge the mods in order to see change in the stream, and representatives will need to be chosen in order to voice the collective opinion.

The union is divided into 2 categories:

VIEWERS: Valued Initiatives in Empowerment, Workplace Ethics and Resources for Success

&

VIPS: Very Important Public Servants

Mods

  • As of January 1st, 2025, all Mod Swords have been removed
  • Mod application will be allowed through use of channel points. 
  • On the final stream of every month all those who have applied will be subject to answer a question. Get it right and they will become mod.

Union Members

  • Whether VIP or VIEWER, a chatter may apply for union status.
  • Union status exempts said viewer from the standard timeout, and comment deletion rules.
  • Both branches of the union (VIPS & VIEWERS) must work together against the mods in order to invoke change in content, policy, or gimmicks on the stream.
